The Regional Consortium for Yorkshire and the Humber (RIC) is the Third Sector infrastructure consortium for the Yorkshire and the Humber region. The RIC operates at the regional level to develop and enhance the quality and reach of region-wide infrastructure, allocate resources to meet these priorities, develop opportunities for joint and co-ordinated working across the region and feed into strategic regional structures.
The aims of the Regional Infrastructure Consortium are to:
collectively plan developments for region-wide VCS infrastructure
facilitate communication between region-wide Third Sector infrastructure organisations across Yorkshire and the Humber
try to ensure that the benefit of ChangeUp investment reaches front line organisations
develop high quality and effective regional infrastructure support for front line Third Sector organisations
develop links with regional bodies and partnerships
develop opportunities for infrastructure joint working and collaboration across the region to maximise resources

Membership of the Regional Consortium
RIC is an informal network with open membership for:all region-wide Third Sector infrastructure organisations working in Yorkshire and the Humber whose primary focus is in providing infrastructure services to other Third Sector Organisations (TSOs). Membership of the group includes:
- regional thematic networks
- regional providers of infrastructure support
- national TSOs with a regional support role for the VCS.
